Registration Deadline: August 4, 2025
Fee: $70/booth space (12 x12 space) 1 outlet - $10, 2 outlets - $20 [No refunds unless registration is canceled due to duplicate vendor type]
· Booth spaces will be assigned.
· If payment is not received at time of registration a booth space will not be assigned.

No additional freeze-dried or 3D print vendors accepted
All businesses must stay set up and open for business from open to close on Friday and Saturday. We do not require you to stay on Sunday although we do encourage it. If you pack up early the committee will take that into consideration when you apply next year (this does not include Sunday). We do not provide security so please use your best judgment on what you leave out. We are seeking a variety of crafters/vendors for our event with a preference of homemade items. No Smoking or pets within 10 feet of the vendor perimeters
Check in times will be Thursday, August 7th from 5:00PM to 8:00PM and Friday, August 8th from 11:00AM to 2:00 PM
No vehicles will be permitted in the park after 2:00PM on Friday
Exhibitors will need to furnish their own tables, tents, extension cords, display equipment, etc. Small tents, canopies and awnings are welcome, in fact encouraged. All crafters and vendors must park in the designated parking area after unloading….NO EXCEPTIONS! Registration fees are non-refundable. Sales tax is the responsibility of the crafter/vendor. RCDC is not responsible for accidents or theft. Items that are inappropriate and/or contain profanity are NOT allowed (up to the discretion of the RCDC Committee).
