Festival Date: December 7, 2024 – 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. (Setup starts at 8 a.m. Saturday only)
Registration Deadline: November 27, 2024
Fee: $35/booth space or $40/booth space with electricity (10 x 10 spaces) [No refunds unless registration is cancelled due to duplicate vendor type]
· Booth spaces will be assigned.
· If payment is not received at time of registration a booth space will not be assigned.
**Check in at Rossville High School**
Exhibitors will need to furnish—tables, extension cords, display equipment, etc. All fees are non-refundable. Sales tax is the responsibility of the crafter/vendor. RCDC is not responsible for accidents or theft. Items that are inappropriate and or contain profanity are NOT allowed – RCDC reserves the right to ask vendors/crafters to remove inappropriate items and/or leave the festival.
