Vendor Registration

Vendor Info:

We are seeking a variety of crafters/vendors for our event with a preference of homemade items.

Booths are $70 per space with an additional $15 if a power supply is needed. Prices will increase to $80 on 7/01/2024

All businesses must stay set up and open for business from open to close on Friday through Saturday. We do not require you to stay on Sunday although we do encourage it. If you pack up early the committee will take that into consideration when you apply next year (this does not include Sunday). We do not provide security so please use your best judgment on what you leave out.

Set up occurs between Thursday 5PM -8PM and/or Friday 11AM-2PM. All vehicles must be removed from the park by 2PM on Friday. All spaces will be pre-assigned by the committee.

Safety Note: For the safety of humans and animals alike, we request no pets at vendor booths.

Deadline for filing is August 5th, 2024. Registration fee must be submitted with entry.

Payments must be received within 10 days of registration for reservation to be valid.
