Crafter & Vendor Registration Information
Thank you for your interest in participating in the Rossville Christmas Festival! We are excited to welcome a wide variety of vendors and crafters to our community event, with a preference given to handmade and homemade items.
Festival Date: December 12, 2026 – 12 p.m. to 4p.m. (Setup starts at 9 a.m. Saturday only)
Registration Deadline: December 5 2026
Fee: $35/booth space or $40/booth space with electricity (10 x 10 spaces) [No refunds unless registration is cancelled due to duplicate vendor type]
Booth spaces will be assigned.
Payment & Submission
Registration fees must accompany the completed vendor application. Vendor fees are nonrefundable.

Liability & Legal Notice
- The Rossville Christmas Festival, RCDC, the City of Rossville, committee members, volunteers, and sponsors are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury incurred during the event.
- Vendors agree to hold harmless and indemnify the above parties from any claims arising from participation in the festival.
- Vendors are responsible for obtaining any required licenses, permits, sales tax documentation, and insurance as required by law.
- The festival reserves the right to deny or revoke vendor participation at any time for failure to comply with festival rules or for behavior deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
