Rossville, Kansas Tall Corn Festival
Crafter & Vendor Registration Information
Thank you for your interest in participating in the Rossville Tall Corn Festival! We are excited to welcome a wide variety of vendors and crafters to our community event, with a preference given to handmade and homemade items.
Festival Dates: August 7, 8, and 9, 2026
Vendor Expectations
- Vendors are required to remain set up and open for business during all operating hours on Friday and Saturday.
- Vendors are not required to stay on Sunday, though participation is strongly encouraged.
- Vendors who pack up early on Friday or Saturday may have this taken into consideration during the vendor selection process for future festivals (this does not apply to Sunday).
- The festival does not provide overnight or on-site security. Vendors are responsible for their own property and should use discretion regarding items left unattended.
Check-in & Setup Information
- Check-In Time: Thursday, August 6 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Setup Time: Friday, August 7, beginning at 8:00 AM
- Festival committee members will be on-site to direct vendors to their assigned spaces.
- While specific booth locations cannot be guaranteed, we will make every effort to accommodate reasonable requests.
- The Rossville Community Development Committee (RCDC) does not provide tables, chairs, tents, extension cords, power strips, or assistance with booth setup.
- Vendors must arrive fully prepared to independently set up and operate their booths.
Vendor Selling Hours
- Friday, August 7: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (or later)
- Saturday, August 8: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (or later if you’d like)
- Important Note: The Saturday Street Dance on Main Street typically begins between 6:00–7:00 PM and may reduce foot traffic in the park. Vendors are encouraged to remain open until 8:00 PM; however, we understand if vendors choose to close early due to reduced attendance.
- Sunday, August 9: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Registration Deadline
All vendor applications and fees must be received no later than July 31, 2026.
Fees
- 12 x 12 Booth Space: $70.00
- One Electrical Outlet: $10.00
- Two Electrical Outlets: $20.00
Vendors must supply their own heavy-duty, outdoor-rated extension cords.
Payment & Submission
Registration fees must accompany the completed vendor application. Vendor fees are nonrefundable.

Liability & Legal Notice
- The Rossville Tall Corn Festival, RCDC, the City of Rossville, committee members, volunteers, and sponsors are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury incurred during the event.
- Vendors agree to hold harmless and indemnify the above parties from any claims arising from participation in the festival.
- Vendors are responsible for obtaining any required licenses, permits, sales tax documentation, and insurance as required by law.
- The festival reserves the right to deny or revoke vendor participation at any time for failure to comply with festival rules or for behavior deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
